Ask a question
How much should I save for a down payment?

Some loan programs accept 3–3.5% down. Putting 20% down on a conventional loan avoids private mortgage insurance and lowers your monthly payment.

What is the difference between pre-qualification and pre-approval?

Pre-qualification is an estimate based on what you tell a lender. Pre-approval verifies your income, assets and credit, and carries much more weight with sellers.

How many homes should I see before making an offer?

There is no magic number. Many buyers see 8–15 homes, but when the right one appears, preparation lets you move quickly.

What happens after my offer is accepted?

You enter escrow: deposit funds, complete inspections, finalize your loan and review disclosures. We manage every deadline with you.
